Right after iOS 4.0.1, Apple has also released iOS 3.2.1 for iPad. The latest firmware includes many bug fixes including fix for WiFi issue which has been creating problems for many iPad users. If you have a jailbroken iPad, do not update your iPad to iOS 3.2.1 as new firmware patches the exploit used by Spirit jailbreak.

In order to update your iPad to the latest iOS 3.2.1, just connect the device with your computer and it will show you a notification to download and install the new iOS 3.2.1 for iPad. You can also download iOS 3.2.1 for iPad through the download link given below.
