Microsoft Germany has decided to play a big role in making internet more safe for Kids. They have recently teamed up with German youth protection organization to launch a verison of its Windows Live Messenger. This new service is specially designed for kids between 8 and 12 years old. In order for kids to use this service they will need to have their parent’s permission

That’s not all, According to Microsoft parents should have control on to their kid’s profile and contact list so that they don’t just share their private information for nothing. Also, the messenger for kids has limited data volume, which limits the possibility to upload photos and other more personal details.

The safer the better.
