Youtube officially introduced “Annotations” last year. Annotations is a new way for you to add interactive commentary to your videos. It basically gives you the power to control what the annotations say, where they appear on the video and when they appear and disappear. You can easily use them to

• Add background information about the video.
• Create stories with multiple possibilities
• Link to related YouTube videos, channels, or search results from within a video

Youtube has recently upgraded this feature and has made it very easy to add annotations to your videos. Simply login to YouTube, watch your video on the watch page and click on the video to start adding annotations.

You will soon be able to link to another video, channel page, playlist, group or search query on YouTube.
