How do you remove an awful message left on zabasearch. I have a restraining order against an individual and they left a very slanderous message on this website, is there anyway I can remove it without having to hire an attorney??? I spoke to an attorney he said he would go after them to remove it but I would like to remove it without that expense.

I think you should get the lawyer to go after zabasearch they should have a moderator or some way they can review those messages first to make sure there isn’t any profanity or threats etc. I would not want someone to leave a message for me on the internet that I didn’t know who left it where it came from and especially if it is slander or defamation because, a lot of employers use the internet to google potential employees and sometimes they use zabasearch. This person is using their website as a way to harrass you without being caught or suffering any consequence.
You can also sue the person for slander, libel courts do not take kindly to this type behavior that person has nothing else better to do than sit and leave messages on a website for all to see. To me that means that their goal is to hurt or try to embarass you that is against the law.
I would e mail ZabaSearch and have them remove the message that the person left you. This is their e mail address: info@zabasearch.com … give them your information and tell them you want either all of your information removed or just the message. They’ll delete it. They did for me a couple of years ago. Good luck.
