Customize your FireFox with AnyColor

People have been asking for an add-on that lets them customize Firefox’s interface to suit there needs for quiet some time now and especially for one that you don’t have to restart Firefox to get a preview of or apply your theme.

Firefox add-on that easily allows your to change the background, text and colors of your browser. A great Firefox addon by Pavlos Touboulidis will help you customize as a preset or use any of the dozen included for quick access.

AnyColor is similar to Personas, a Mozilla Labs extension, in that you can use an image as a background, but the latter lacks the option to set basic colors. On the other hand Personas, allows users to use remote images and even a web page as the toolbars’ background which just expands the possibilities. You will need an account there as it is still labeled experimental.

Tried it and uninstalled it. Great idea but it screws up the tabs despite what the developer claims. When a fully working version comes out I might try it again but I doubt it as I don’t like addons that change things that don’t need changing.
