Livestation is a platform for distributing live television and radio broadcasts over a peer-to-peer data network. It is a free software that provides a list of live TV channels and radio stations that can be recieved on a computer anywhere with a broadband connection. You can watch TV on you PC at any place where you got broadband access.

Livestation uses a Silverlight front-end to playback broadcast streams, encoded in VC-1 format, received over a peer-to-peer overlay network. Playback controls are overlaid on top of the video stream.
