An excellent way to classify your files and find is by using TagLauncher. By adding tags, you can put files in a virtual folders and these files are not limited to be in any of them. That means similar tags makes similar files so therefore finding them will be ever easier. Instead of simply using filenames as the search query, you can now use Tags. It’s faster because there is no need to find files and compare search terms with them. In fact any search in this application takes less than a second to give you results. They are more meaningful and there is no limitation in their number.
The best thing about tags are that their order is not important. Search by tag is much more accurate than conventional file search because you always recall some tags about a file but the same is not always correct about a filename or it’s content.

Wordpress 2.6 Beta 1 is finally available for download with a lot of exciting new features although its not as big release as wordpress 2.5 but still worth upgrading because of all the new features that are going to be introduced in this version.
